GFW have a dedicated property management team who manage a wide variety of residential properties that range from small farm cottages to city penthouse apartments, and commercial properties ranging from individual bespoke shops to large industrial estates.

Our team have a wealth of knowledge between them. Team members have RICS or Propertymark qualifications and several have over 25 years experience in the industry.

  • Residential Property Management.


    Our residential and commercial property management service includes:

    • Organising and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance including plumbing, electrics, joinery, decorating, larger building/refurbishment works, roofing works.
    • Conducting routine property visits to ensure any issues are identified as soon as possible and to ensure the tenants are adhering to leases and tenancy agreements.
    • Collecting and processing rents, chasing arrears and registering deposits with the appropriate scheme.
    • Compiling a full inventory and schedule of condition and conducting a check out at end of tenancy.
    • Liaising with utility providers to ensure accounts/meter readings are correct and the appropriate party is billed.
  • Commercial Property Management.


    We offer bespoke property management packages tailored to each clients’ specific requirements.

    Our services include rent and service charge collection, maintaining tenancy records and accounting, managing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, recovering building insurance premiums, addressing any issues that arise, and ultimately maximising the asset’s overall value. We also oversee the implementation, management, and review of service charge budgets.

    In addition, we provide Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), EPC reviews, and energy efficiency advice to ensure that our clients’ assets remain legally compliant and energy efficient.

  • Landlord / Tenant.


    By carefully analysing documentation with an expert eye, we provide advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, dispute resolution, and a wide range of other landlord and tenant matters, including assignments, subletting, and alterations.

    Whether representing landlords or tenants, we leverage our negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of commercial property legislation, and extensive experience to ensure our clients achieve the best possible outcome.
