Background and Experience.

Born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne, Kristian returned to the region following his undergraduate degree to complete a MSc in Real Estate at Northumbria University in 2015.

Kristian joined a local firm of Chartered Surveyors straight out of university where he worked for two years before joining Johnson Tucker LLP (now part of GFW) in 2017. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018 going on to become a Registered Valuer.

Kristian has experience across all commercial property sectors working throughout Newcastle, Northumberland and County Durham. Kristian specialises in commercial agency, both occupational and investment, acting for property owners as well as tenants and purchasers throughout the North East.

    Occupational Sales and Lettings

    Kristian is an experienced commercial property agent and has acted on wide array of transactions, both sales and lettings, throughout the North East. Kristian acts for a range of property owners, from global PLCs to local high net-worth individuals, who are looking at how best to dispose of their commercial property
    assets whether by way of sale or letting. Experienced across all commercial sectors including industrial, office, retail and leisure, Kristian is also comfortable acting for tenants/purchasers when looking to acquire new space.

    Investment Sales and Acquisitions

    Kristian is also frequently involved in investment property transactions acting for either the buyer or seller. Kristian is active in the disposal or acquisition of assets across a range of property sectors often sourcing off-market opportunities for his clients.

    Kristian is also an RICS Registered Valuer and has previous experience of valuing a wide range of property types for purposes such as acquisition, secured lending, tax, accounting.
