Development Valuation and Viability.

GFW have a team of dedicated registered valuers who specialise in development valuation.
Our ability to draw upon experience of dealing with recent development transactions allows us to provide up-to-date market knowledge. We offer a wide range of development valuation services including:

Our team produce RICS compliant viability reports to tie in with the requirements of the NPPF and guidance within the NPPG.
Restrictive Covenant and Overage Consultancy.

Our development team are experts in providing advice with a solid legal basis in an often misunderstood area.

Restrictive covenants are a legal obligaton to protect a party’s interest in a property and Overage Agreements are legal obligations to ‘clawback’ and additional payment from a party at a future date.

We have strong understanding of the law and a wealth of experience in negotiations and providing advice to clients to both modify or release covenants and implement and trigger overage agreements.
Dispute Resolution.

We work with a range of law firms and the RICS Dispute Resolution Service to provide Expert Witness advice and Determination relating to all land and property disputes: rural, residential, commercial, and development.

The team at GFW have a wealth of experience and technical knowledge in providing Expert Witness and Advocacy skills from Arbitration up to High Court level.
