Following previous settlement expansions, the site located to the edge of settlement was identified as being of increased potential for future development, essentially the next logical stage of settlement growth.
To promote the extensive area of agricultural use land for future residential development we prepared feasibility and land promotion documentation and drawings for the site where were collated as a Vision Document
Our multidisciplinary Development expertise enabled or architectural and masterplanning to work closely with our town planning specialists to develop a feasible scheme for new homes and progress towards applying for approvals with existing greenbelt site.
